RGA’s acting CEO checks the road linking Saudi Arabia and Oman

RIYADH — The acting CEO of the General Roads Authority (RGA), Eng. Badr Aldulami checked the road linking Saudi Arabia and Oman, and followed up the level of maintenance and safety on the road, ensuring the provision of the best services to beneficiaries.

This comes within Eng. Aldulami’s field tour that included a number of projects in Riyadh and the Eastern regions.

The field tours come as confirmation from RGA to achieve its goals in the road sector strategy which rely on safety and quality, as the strategy aims to bring Saudi Arabia’s ranking on the Global Road Quality Index to 6th place in the world, while reducing deaths to less than 5 cases.

Saudi Arabia and Oman road is considered as one of the most important vital roads for tourism and economic movement.

The road will also contribute in enhancing the trade exchange, and serving the pilgrims who are coming from Oman.
