Commerce Ministry serves over 4 million customers within 9 months

RIYADH — The Ministry of Commerce has provided its services for more than 4 million customers since the start of 2023 until the end of September.

The services provided by the Ministry were in both sectors of business and consumer, and it was carried out through the e-services and participatory branches with the Saudi Center for Economic Business.

The most notable services provided in the business sector were the commercial registration services, company establishment, commercial agencies, and trade names.

As for the consumer rights, the Ministry addressed and dealt with the consumer complaints and received their reports related to commercial fraud, electronic stores, electronic payment, and others.
