There is a list of 30 goods that passengers flying cannot bring on board that are prohibited by the King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah. Such items would be seized, according to the airport administration, and travellers would not be able to claim them.
The KAIA airport issued a warning to departing Hajj pilgrims to not pack any of these illicit or harmful items. It is prohibited to bring 16 of these inside aircraft cabins. This comprises A few examples of these materials include knives, compressed gases, poisonous liquids, blades, baseball bats, skateboards, explosives, or crackers.
Prohibited items include firearms, magnetic objects, radioactive or corrosive materials, equipment, nail clippers, shears, meat cleavers, and ammunition.
A total of 14 items, including oxidants, organic peroxides, radioactive materials, electric shock devices, incapacitating devices, automatic skateboards, liquid oxygen devices, toxic or biologically infectious materials, matches, lighters, and flammable liquids, were listed on the list of dangerous items that cannot be transported in any luggage.
Things that are prohibited include compressed gases, explosives or crackers, actual or replica weapons, magnetic materials, and caustic materials.
The airport authorities cautioned that the 30 things that are forbidden will be seized and that travellers have no right to claim them. For more information, the clients were urged to contact their particular carriers.
