How do I register for Itikaf in Makkah/Madina?(free)

You can register online if you plan to conduct Itikaf in Makkah or Madina during Ramadan in 2023. Here is how it works;

Requirements
Itikaf begins on the 20 day of Ramadan and concludes after the Isha prayer when the Eid-Ul-Fitr moon is sighted. The requirements for Itikaf Registration are listed below;

• Minimum age is 18.
•  Iqama, Visitor’s, or Umrah Visa.
• Passport or Iqama digital copy.
• Immune after vaccination.
• The items that violate or render the Itikaf invalid should be known by every Muslim.

You can register online if you intend to conduct Itikaf in Makkah or Madina during Ramadan in 2023. Here is how it works;

Registration of Itikaf in Madinah

Registration for the Madinah Itikaf will begin on March 18, 2023, using the Za’eroon App, which may be obtained from;

• Google Play Store.
• App Store.
• This procedure should be followed for Itikaf Registration in Madina after the application has been installed.

Choose a language.
Click “My Services” in the bottom-left corner.
Get to “Itikaf Service” by clicking.

• Decide to “Create New”.
• Click “Sign up” after entering your information.
• Click “My Services” in the bottom.
• On “Itikaf Service,” click.
• Iqama ID type.
• enter your birthdate (Hijri).
• Click “Send” to finish.

Your request for Itikaf registration in Madina has been successfully submitted; that’s all there is to it. to examine your Itikaf permit;

• Choose “Service” by clicking.
• Choose “Itikaf Service.

Registration of Itikaf in Makkah
Follow these steps to register your Itikaf for Makkah;

• Go here to access: https://eservice.gph.gov.sa/visit/home.aspx
• Click the button.“تسجيل دخول“.
• Scroll down and select ““دخول”” from the NIC section.
• Type in your Absher information.
• Make a new account for Umrah/Visit Visa applications.

Return to the homepage now and choose the following;

• Choose ” نظام اإلعتكاف” from the list of possibilities.
• Choose “أدخول النظام ” from the list of possibilities.
• Accept the rules and regulations.

• Iqama or passport copy upload.
• Choose English as your language of preference.
• Enter your email address and mobile number.
• As soon as your Itikaf registration application is successfully received, you will be notified. Should the application be approved, you will be informed.

Check the Status of Itikaf Registration

You can always check if your Itikaf registration application has been accepted after submitting it. To accomplish this;

Visit https://eservice.gph.gov.sa/visit/home.aspx to get started.
Please sign in to your account.
Choose “نظام اإلعتكاف” from the home screen.
Choose ” لإستعلام عن الطلب” from the available options.
Enter your Iqama number as well as your application number.

If your application has been assigned a locker number, رقم الخزانة it means that your Itikaf application has been accepted.
