RIYADH — The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) stated that it would host the largest costume festival in the kingdom on February 9 and 10 at Boulevard City in Riyadh.

It was specified that admission to the festival would be free. The event organizers urged everyone who wanted to take part to wear masquerades that allowed free access to Boulevard City on both festival days.

The Via Riyadh Zone, one of the entertainment districts in Riyadh that features a chain of the best restaurants, brands, a hotel, and a cinema inside of a distinctive architectural pattern, was officially opened on January 31 by Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the board of directors of GEA.

It is interesting that GEA previously offered free Boulevard City admission tickets to people who donned spooky costumes during the “Horror Weekend,” which took place in October of last year.

GEA has urged everyone to use their imagination to design spooky outfits on its official Twitter account.

Since the previous Seasons, Riyadh Boulevard has been drawing crowds with masquerade performances that both draw crowds and develop tourists’ acting and character-creation skills.

The most prominent of these was the largest masquerade celebration ever held in Saudi Arabia, which took place over two days and was attended by fans of anime and superheroes in addition to the stunning costumes worn by everyone on founding day.
