KAIA introduces self-service baggage drop-off.
The King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has announced the availability of self-service baggage drop-off in Terminal 1, with the goal of saving passengers time and effort.
According to the King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), this service includes the following.
- Makes shipping easier and saves time.
- The allowed weight is determined by the ability to read the flight ticket.
- Prints the baggage identification tag.
- English and Arabic versions are available.
- Following the instructions, the baggage is automatically moved onto the freight belt for shipment.
- Currently available in Terminal 1 (T1) Area A2 at Jeddah International Airport.
