The Ministry of Health offers the option of receiving seasonal flu vaccine at home.

On Tuesday, the Health Ministry announced a new initiative in collaboration with the Careem company that would allow people to request a seasonal influenza vaccination car.

Beginning December 28, people will be able to request a car to receive seasonal flu vaccine, and a medical team will arrive at the beneficiaries’ homes to provide the service.

The service is available in Riyadh, Madinah, Dammam, and Jeddah from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Those interested in using the service must download the Careem app and request the vaccine car. The medical team will then arrive at their residences via Careem car to deliver the seasonal flu vaccine.
