Saudi Arabia’s HR Ministry has made it possible for expats to obtain a final exit visa with an expired Iqama, without an Iqama, and without a Kafeel.
The steps are listed below.

final exit with a qama that has expired

Only 30 days after the iqama expires can a final exit visa be issued for someone with an expired iqama. To accomplish that;

  • To access his Ministry of Labor account, the sponsor will log in.
  • Choose “provide work permit for the final exit.”
  • Select the “employee.”
  • then choose “release” from the menu.
  • The Maktab Amal Fee will be covered by the sponsor.
  • The duration of the work permit is 180 days.
  • The Muqeem portal should be used to issue the last exit visa.

exit via different sponsor

You can follow this process to obtain a final exit visa if your Iqama has expired and it was more than 30 days ago.

  • Without Kafeel’s consent, transfer sponsorship.
  • The transfer of sponsorship request will be granted right away.
  • The sponsorship transfer fee must be paid.
  • The New Kafeel will adhere to the described process.
  • With an expired Iqama, you will receive the final exit.

final exit without an IQAMA

You are permitted to work for three months after entering Saudi Arabia on a work visa. Obtaining an Iqama during that time is not necessary.

In accordance with a tweet from Jawazat, the employer is now permitted to grant a final exit visa using the Absher platform within 90 days of the employee’s arrival in Saudi Arabia without an Iqama.

Without Kafeel, final exit

Without Kafeel, obtaining a final exit visa is technically possible but extremely challenging. You will need to file a case with the Saudi Labor Court in order to obtain a final exit visa without Kafeel.

You can now reach the HR Ministry at (19911) if you have any more questions or concerns. They can help you in a number of languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu, and others.
