Seven requirements must be met in order to transfer Domestic Worker services online through Absher – Saudi Jawazat.
The terms and conditions for transferring domestic worker services online using the Absher platform were made public by the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia.
According to the Jawazat in Saudi Arabia, registered and active users of the Absher platform are eligible to transfer domestic labor services via online Absher under the following requirements.

1. Through the Absher platform, the present employer waived the domestic worker’s services.
2. Permission from the former employer and domestic worker to submit a request for the transfer of services via the Absher platform within seven days.
3. Both the domestic worker’s and the new employer’s records must be clear of any traffic infractions.
4. The domestic worker cannot be listed as Huroob or Absent From Work.
5. Only four transfers are permitted at most for domestic employees.
6. The domestic worker must have at least 15 days in their iqama at the time of assignment.
7. Payment of the service charge.
