Finding a Saudi lady for marriage is a fantastic option for foreigners residing in Saudi Arabia to extend their stay in the country indefinitely. Here is how it works.
Step 1: Find a Saudi woman to marry as the first step.
Many foreigners want to know where they might meet a Saudi woman to marry. My brothers, please stop looking for Saudi girls or divorced ladies online since they are not available for marriage.
Saudis having a strong culture, customs, and values linked with them, someone who is a mismatch to those cultural standards would be an issue for their community.
Finding a suitable Saudi girl for marriage is difficult since there are restrictions on men and women interacting, which makes communication difficult.
Step 2: Comply with 8 requirements to wed a Saudi woman
The Saudi government has outlined a number of extremely rigorous requirements to marry a Saudi woman. If any of the following requirements are not satisfied, the marriage licence will not be issued;
1: To marry a non-Saudi, a Saudi woman must be between 25 and 50 years old.
2: For non-Saudi women, Saudi men must be between the ages of 40 and 65.
3: The minimal age is decreased when a person has physical disabilities or exceptional requirements, such as being born to unidentified parents.
4: Saudi ladies and foreigners shouldn’t be more than 15 years apart in age.
5: If a foreigner is already married to a Saudi woman or is already married to one, they cannot get married.
6: A foreigner who has served in the military in another nation cannot marry a Saudi lady.
7: A Huroob or someone barred from entering Saudi Arabia cannot be married by a Saudi lady.
8: A foreigner must not be stateless and must be able to confirm his or her nationality in detail using an ID card valid for at least a year from that country.
Step 3: Hand in the marriage license to the Amara Office.
The Saudi woman will now apply to the Amara office for permission to marry a foreigner. She must verify that the following documents are attached:
A letter of request from the Saudi girl’s guardian to the region’s royal prince.
Birth certificate, passport, and Iqama copy for the groom.
Police clearance certificate for the bride-to-be.
In a document confirming his employment, the groom states that the Chamber of Commerce has properly validated his pay.
two Saudi citizens properly witnessing the groom’s declaration that he has never been wedded to a Saudi lady.
The wedding license must be provided if the groom is married to a non-Saudi lady.
Saudi national ID card or passport photocopy for the girl.
Wedding bride’s police clearance certificate.
The applicant should provide a copy of the divorce judgment or death certificate if she is a widow or divorced lady.
Letter from the bride’s employer attesting to her employment and detailing her pay, as legally attested by the Chamber of Commerce (working woman).
Certificate from GOSI for the Saudi girl.
confirmation of the applicant’s accommodation from the mayor and the police (rental contract – deed of ownership).
submit the prospective couple’s medical report from a government hospital that has been given the go-ahead.
Report on the groom’s drug test.
a declaration that her husband and kids will not apply for Saudi citizenship, signed by the Saudi girl.
Step 4: Obtaining MOI approval
You must patiently wait to hear if the Ministry of Interior will approve or reject your application after submitting the required paperwork to the Amarah office at the girl’s house.
Depending on the circumstances, the procedure might take anything from two months to two years. After receiving approval, go to the next phase.
Step 5: Complete the marriage registration form
To marry a non-Saudi male, the Saudi lady must now complete the form on the Ministry of Justice website;
Visit the MOJ website by clicking on this link: https://inhaatportal.moj.gov.sa/tabsnew.aspx
Select “” by clicking.
Choose the region based on where you are.
Fill out the form with the necessary information.
Step 6: The official wedding
The following individuals must be present at the time and date of the marriage planned by the Ministry of Justice: Saudi girl, Expat guy, and
You will be needed to see Qazi’s secretary. The correctness of the electronically submitted application will be reviewed by the secretary, who will also ensure that all written names correspond to those on residence permits.
Additionally, he will ensure that the five individuals stated above are indeed in the room. He will then instruct you to wait in the waiting room until it is your time.
You must be engaged at that time since the Qazi’s office would call the name of the groom after a while. When all five people have entered the room, Qazi will inquire about each one separately.
He’ll question the bride and the groom about their acceptance of the union. Additionally, he would inquire of the bride’s father whether he has received the Mahar.
It is crucial to note that the groom’s father must certify receiving the Mahar in this case. If not, he will request that the groom first pay the Mahar before coming for the wedding.
If all goes according to plan, the Qazi will congratulate the bride and groom on their Saudi Arabian wedding.
