According to the Saudi Jawazat, foreign domestic employees can accept or reject a request to transfer their services through the Job Transfer Approval Services.

• The Passports department said that visiting the Absher platform, choosing “My Services,” then selecting “Services,” choosing “Passports,” and then approving the transfer of service may be done to transfer a service.

The Jawazat informs everyone that the transfer of service must be approved within seven days. It is comparable to requests made through the Qiwa portal to transfer sponsorship for other professions.

Domestic employees may only switch their services if their current employer is willing to do so. Prior to transferring permission or rejection, the new employer must wait for domestic worker approval.
