Visit visa holder can perform Umrah after booking permit

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has stated that visit visa holders can undertake Umrah rituals after booking a permission through the Eatmarna app. The deadline for people coming from overseas to perform Umrah is the 30th Shawwal 1443.
