Expat workers in these four professions are considered as 100% violators.

Any expat worker working in the professions of secretarial, translation, stock keeper, or data entry anywhere in the Kingdom, according to Majid Al-quait, a Human Resources consultant and trainer, is regarded a 100 percent violation.

Alquait said Al-Ekhbariya that these occupations have a 100 percent settlement guidance, which means that any non-Saudi working in them is considered a breach, because these professions are restricted to Saudi nationals solely, beginning Sunday (8th May 2022). He went on to say that some of the prior settlement guides only allowed for partial settlement, therefore the presence of Saudis in certain proportions in them is regarded a violation by those who do not follow them.

The decision aims to create 20,000 employment for Saudi residents and is in accordance with the Ministry of Human Resources’ efforts to provide a suitable and refreshing work environment for both men and women and to increase their involvement in the labor market.
