Women are permitted to perform Umrah without a Mahram.

Women under the age of 45 can conduct Umrah without a male guardian, known as a Mahram, according to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The Ministry responded to a question about the feasibility of a woman under the age of 45 completing Umrah without a mahram with this clarification.

The ministry reaffirmed last week that women aged 45 and up can apply for an Umrah visa to perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia. If a woman is 45 years old or older, she can apply for an Umrah visa through a women’s group, with an authorized local agent forming the group. Saudi Moroor imposes four conditions on car window shades.

Previously, women could only perform Umrah or Hajj in groups of women or with a Mahram. Now that the Kingdom is opening up, the laws are changing, which will make a lot of Muslim women pleased since it will make it easier for them to come here.
