Personal registration of e-Umrah visas is permitted in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the Umrah program, through which individual pilgrims from around the world can register to be issued an Umrah visa. They are not required to apply through any foreign Umrah service agents.

The application for issuing Umrah visas for individuals coming from outside the Kingdom must be submitted through the approved electronic platforms for Umrah services, according to a statement on the ministry’s official Twitter account.

According to the ministry, the e-registration process must have followed three basic steps.

They are registering through one of the approved electronic platforms for Umrah services for individuals; the Umrah program will include housing and transportation services, in addition to meeting all of the requirements for an electronic visa and allowing the pilgrim to print the visa copy directly.
