The competent national cadres manage the entry of the leaders from the doors of the Al-Haram Mosque through global standards of organization, control, precautionary measures and regulation of access to the end plate, endeavour and serfs, drawing on the cumulative experience of the service and administrative departments, joint coordination, surveillance and monitoring systems and effective and continuous communication with all actors in the Al-Haram Mosque.
