GACA issues instructions to Airlines operating in the Kingdom on travel conditions after lifting suspension

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has issued instructions to airlines operating in the country about the lifting of precautionary and preventive measures relating to the Corona pandemic.

South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Malawi, Mauritius, Zambia, Madagascar, Angola, Seychelles, Comoros, Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Afghanistan were among the countries whose direct admission to the Kingdom had been suspended.

The choices, according to the Civil Aviation Authority, include not requiring the submission of a negative result for an approved “PCR” test before entering Saudi Arabia and canceling institutional and residential quarantine on persons entering the Kingdom.
