Al-Misnad said that the moon will conjunct with the sun on Friday morning, Sha’ban 29 (1 April) at 9:24 am, while the crescent will remain on the evening of the same night on the western horizon for about 16 minutes, according to the horizon of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

He added that, based on these analyzes, the start of the month of Ramadan will be on Saturday, the second of next April, provided that there are no clouds or dust in the sky that prevent vision on the Day of the Almighty.

And he indicated that the date of the full moon will be on Saturday evening, corresponding to Ramadan 15 (April 16) at 9:55 am, adding that it is expected that Ramadan will take place 30 days, so that the feast will be on Monday, May 2, according to the astronomical calculation.
