During its participation in the world’s largest technical event LEAP Conference, which was organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology under the title “An eye on the future” and hosted by Riyadh from February 1 to 3, 2022, the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched the Ministry’s application for individuals. More than 350 speakers from 40 nations around the world attended the conference, along with more than 200 investment funds, 700 leading and developing technology businesses, and six platforms to discuss the future of technology and the prosperity of digital societies.

The app’s goals are to improve the user experience, improve customer communication channels, align with the Digital Government Authority’s rules and legislation, bring services together in a unified app, and allow users to make a difference in their communities.Read MoreFor selling crocodile meat, a Saudi restaurant was shut down.

The application provides several services, including

  • Communication with the Ministry
  • Review rules and regulations
  • Report on the abused
  • A look at digital cards
  • Workplace problems are resolved in a friendly manner.
  • Calculation of End-of-Service Benefits
  • Reporting Labor Law Violations in Saudi Arabia
  • Analyze functional data (civil service)
  • Tracking of Sick Leave (Civil Service)

The Ministry hopes to review the journey of digital transformation, ease and speed up procedures by digitizing services, and raise the level of awareness and transparency among companies through the participation of the Qiwa platform in the LEAP conference.
