The rotten meat of crocodiles, deer, and vultures was seized by Saudi health officials from a catering business in Khamis Mushait.

Some experts believe that eating crocodile meat is Halal in Islam, while others believe it is Haram. Muslims should avoid consuming crocodile meat due to a contested viewpoint.

The business was raided by health officials, who were astonished to find masses of decaying meat stored in the refrigerator. Surprisingly, the cops discovered five live deer there as well.

The meat collected by the municipal officials weighed 250 kilograms and was unfit for human consumption, according to the article. The beef had reached the end of its shelf life.

Another major source of concern was the lack of cleanliness regulations in the area. Furthermore, people were operating there without any health certifications.

The authorities had no choice except to close the facility and collect the seized meat to be destroyed.
