The death of a girl and her father and the search for his other daughter after their vehicle was swept away by flood in Asir

A girl and her father were killed, while searches are still underway for his other daughter, after the father’s vehicle was swept away by flood in Balqarn Governorate in the Asir region.

Sources confirmed to “Akhbar 24” that teams from the Civil Defense and other government and volunteer agencies are intensifying the search for the missing girl whose father’s vehicle was washed away by torrents.

And it indicated that the torrents swept away the vehicle of a citizen and two of his daughters in Wadi “Shawas” in Al-Bashayer, northeast of Sat Al-Olaya, this afternoon (Sunday), after they returned from school.

The same sources added that the father was found dead, in addition to the body of one of his two daughters, while the other is still missing.
