If you discover a SIM card registered under your Iqama that you are not using, you can cancel it in one of the following ways:
Make a complaint by calling the hotline.
Visit the offices of STC, Mobily, or Zain.
File a complaint with the Consumer Information Technology Council (CITC) online (explained below)
Call the hotline to cancel your SIM card.
Calling the cellular company’s helpdesk is the simplest approach to cancel a SIM card registered on your Iqama. Here are the phone numbers for the helpline:
- STC: 900 or 011-455-5555
- Mobily: 1100 or 0560101100
- Zain: 959 or 059-0000959
- Virgin Mobile:1789.
- Lebara: 1755 or 057-6001755
- Friendi: 166000 or 057-1166000

If you are a Mobily customer, dial 1100 and press the following to speak with a customer support representative.
- Press 9 for complaints.
- Press 1 for new complaints.
- Press 1 for complaints about voice services.
- Press 4 to submit an ownership complaint.
Visit an office to cancel SIM card Under You IQAMA.
You can always cancel the SIM cards registered on your Iqama by visiting the offices of STC, Mobily, Zain, or any other cellular provider. The following are their retail locations:

- National ID for Saudis.

- Passport ID for visitors.
- GCC ID for GCC cardholders.
- Border ID for Umrah/Family Visit/Tourist Visa holders.
Fill up your Iqama number and the Iqama expiry date from your Absher account.

On the next screen, you must enter the mobile number that is already associated with your Iqama.

On the next screen, you can see all the SIM card numbers registered under your Iqama.

If you discover that any of these numbers are not in your possession, you can file a complaint with CITC to have the SIM card associated with your Iqama cancelled. In order to accomplish this,

You must input the following information to request the deactivation of a SIM card.
- Sub Service Type: Voice/Internet.
- Complaint Type: Canceling (Number โ Service)
- Complaint Sub Type: Cancel or Suspend (Number โ Service) without user request.
- Service Number: Mobile Number.
- Other Details: Enter the details of how is it not in your use.
Mobily, STC, and Zain are among the cellular companies that must resolve the issue within 15 days. You can escalate the issue with CITC if it is not fixed within the deadline.
