1. Verify your OTP by logging into your Absher Afrad (Individuals) account.
2. Select ‘My Services’ from the drop-down menu.
3. Select “Services” from the drop-down menu.
4. Select “Passports” from the drop-down menu.
5. Select “Service Transfer Approvals” from the drop-down menu.

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) further said that the request for service transfer must be authorized within seven days. This service is similar to requests made through the Qiwa portal for transferring sponsorship in professions other than domestic workers.

Only if the existing employer is willing to transfer their service may the sponsorship of domestic workers be transferred. Meanwhile, the new employer will follow the aforesaid method to obtain approval from the domestic worker, after which the rejection or approval will be transferred.
