For direct entry into Saudi Arabia from six countries, four procedures must be followed – GACA

The Saudi Arabian General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has announced that the decision to lift the ban and enable admission into the Kingdom from six countries, namely Brazil, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Vietnam, will take effect today.

GACA pointed out to all airlines the importance of applying the following arrival procedures:

1. A valid PCR certificate must be submitted 72 hours prior to the flight.
2. Signing up for the Qdoom platform.
3. Institutional quarantine measures, regardless of their vaccination status outside the Kingdom, for a duration of 5 days.
4. The medical swab was taken on the first and fifth days of institutional isolation.
   The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to put all precautionary and preventative measures in place in the Kingdom into effect.

• While announcing direct entrance from six nations, the Ministry of Interior stated that all procedures and precautions are subject to regular examination by the Kingdom’s competent health authorities, based on worldwide epidemiological developments.
