How to Accept Transfer Request in Qiwa

Following the adoption of the Labor Reform Initiative (LRI) in Saudi Arabia, iqama transfers (sponsorship transfers) require employee permission. This article discusses how an employee in Saudi Arabia can accept an employee transfer request received by a new employer through the Qiwa platform.

In Qiwa, how do you accept a transfer request?
Go to https://qiwa.sa/ to learn more about the Qiwa platform.

Choose English as your language.

From the top right corner of the page, select “Sign in.”

Your Qiwa login and password are required.

Click the “Sign in” button after entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number through SMS.

“Individual account” should be selected.

Under the “Employee Transfer” option, select “Transfer Request.”

You may now see the specifics of a transfer request, such as the request number, current establishment, transfer type, new establishment, request date, and status.

To see a preview of the request, click on see.

The status would be “PENDING FOR LABORER APPROVAL” before your approval.

By selecting the “see contract” option, you can see the employment contract.

Check the box “I have read the Contract and Terms of Service and agree to be transferred to this institution” after reviewing the employment contract.

Accept the request by clicking the “Accept the Request” button.

In the screen where you must click the “Accept the Request” button, a new popup window will emerge with a brief description of the transfer.

You have just accepted the request for a transfer.

The status will change to “Pending Completing Transfer In Absher by New Employer” if you accept the request.
