Is quarantine applied to a person recovering from Corona outside the Kingdom or who has taken a dose of the vaccine?

The General Authority for Civil Aviation stated that the institutional quarantine does not apply to a resident returning to the Kingdom if his condition in the application of our agency is a “recovered patient”, provided that the recovery date does not exceed 6 months according to what appears in the application, and he is also not required to have a PCR examination when Arrival.

They added that the person with a single dose and his condition is updated on the Tawakkilna app, he does not need to have a PCR examination upon coming to the Kingdom, and the institutional quarantine procedures are not applied to him when returning to the Kingdom through the air ports

And they emphasized the application of the institutional quarantine to the person recovering from Corona while he is outside the Kingdom upon his return to it, unless he is among the excluded groups .

They indicated that non-citizen immunized persons are not subjected to institutional quarantine upon entering the Kingdom, provided that their status appears “immune” in the application of “Tawakolna”, and this includes those who have taken one dose of the vaccine, and that is 14 days after receiving the first dose, with Taking into account the categories excluded from the aforementioned quarantine.

And the “civil aviation” stated that the person with two doses outside the kingdom can prove that he is immune upon his arrival through the airports, by submitting the requirements and documents specified by the Ministry of Health, including that he had taken one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom, and thus he is exempted from the institutional quarantine requirement.

It is noteworthy that the Civil Aviation Authority data indicates that the person who is immune is the citizen or resident, whose condition is “immune” in the “Tawakolna” application, and has completed the doses of the Corona virus vaccine or spent 14 days after receiving the first dose or recovered for a period not exceeding 6 months.

As for the non-citizen and non-resident, he is the one who has completed 14 days since receiving the full doses of one of the Corona vaccines approved in the Kingdom, with proof of this.
