Interior: Violation of isolation or quarantine instructions amounting to 200,000 riyals or two years imprisonment

Today (Tuesday), the Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who violates the instructions for isolation or quarantine will be punished with a fine of up to 200,000 riyals, or imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, or both.

They explained that if the violation is repeated, the penalty imposed will be doubled, indicating that if the aforementioned violation was committed against one of the non-Saudi individuals, he will be punished by deportation from the Kingdom, and his entry is banned permanently after the implementation of the penalty against him.
