The Communication and Beneficiary Services Center of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that it is not possible for pilgrims to enter without an Umrah permit, adding that the system allows only one Umrah permit to be issued in the month of Ramadan.

The center interacted with a tweet of a citizen asking about the possibility of entering with his wife to perform Umrah as a mahram, even though he performed Umrah at the beginning of the month of Ramadan, and the permission is available to the wife only, to confirm that this is not available without an Umrah permit.
