Minister of Health: We will provide vaccinations in community pharmacies for free

Today (Wednesday), the Minister of Health, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, announced that the Ministry will provide Coronavirus vaccines in community pharmacies free of charge.

Al-Rabiah’s statements, reported by Al-Arabiya, come in conjunction with the Ministry of Health’s announcement of the accreditation of Al-Dawaa pharmacies as the first community pharmacy to provide the Corona virus vaccination service within its branches.

The Ministry affirmed that its accreditation for these pharmacies comes in the interest of human safety and to facilitate all means to serve and protect him from the Covid 19 disease virus.

It is noteworthy that the two vaccines approved by the Food and Drug Authority for use in the Kingdom are Pfizer and AstraZeneca (Oxford).
