The Kuwaiti Cabinet decided to close the land and sea border crossings, with the exception of shipping operations and workers in the divided zone, as part of precautionary measures to confront Corona.

The decision issued today (Monday) included allowing the return of citizens from the land and sea ports and their first-degree relatives and their companions who are domestic workers.

The Council also decided to prohibit the presence in all types of halls of restaurants and cafes, including those inside shopping centers, and suffice with external orders and delivery services.

The decision mandated both the Ministry of Interior and the General Administration of Customs to implement what was stated in the decisions, and they shall be enforced from next Wednesday, corresponding to 24/2/2021, until Saturday, 3/20/2021.
