The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed Al-Rajhi, confirmed that they are working to enable the sons and daughters of the nation to work in all sectors, and will soon launch the localization program for lawyers, education, restaurants, cafes and hypermarkets.
He explained, during his meeting today (Thursday) with members of the National Committee for Contractors and the National Committee for Consulting Professions, that they seek, through the flexible work decision, to empower university students and involve them in the labor market through their spare time.
He revealed that they had completed the study of improving the situation of occupational security and safety personnel working on company contracts in ministries, quasi-governmental bodies and contractors with the private sector, and setting a minimum wage for them, indicating that the initiative to improve the contractual relationship contributes to tipping the scale for contracting with the Saudis.
He indicated that they worked on formulating a labor market strategy with private sector establishments, through many workshops, in order to ensure the development of the Saudi work environment, raise its efficiency and bring it in line with global labor markets in terms of attractiveness, high competitiveness and attracting people with skills.
He pointed out that the Emiratisation initiatives and programs achieved distinct results in the years 2019-2020, represented by the enrollment of more than 420,000 citizens and men in the labor market.
He called on enterprises to benefit from the services of the Qiwa platform, stressing that there is no longer a need to review work offices after facilitating services electronically.
