The Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Sabah, announced the agreement to open the airspace and the land and sea borders between Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar, starting this evening. The minister said in a speech today, Monday, that the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawwaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, had two contacts with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in order to sign the Al-Ula summit statement, and it was agreed to address all relevant issues.
He added that it was agreed to open the air, land and sea borders between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, starting this evening.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman confirmed that the summit of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf will be a comprehensive summit of the word unifying the class and consolidating the path of goodness and prosperity, and through it the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his brothers, the leaders of the GCC states, in terms of reunification and solidarity in facing the challenges in our region.
