The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia stated that a resident expat can travel abroad, provided that he or she holds the valid visa and travel document.

A citizen inquired with Jawazat that, he has a female domestic worker and she wants to travel, is that available for her?
– Jawazat through its Twitter, in response to an inquiry from a Saudi citizen in this regard state that, “a resident expat can travel, after booking through the carrier, and he or she is required to have a valid visa and a valid travel document, with sticking to the terms of entry into the destination country.” 

– On the other hand, the Jawazat stated that the instructions do not allow the transfer of an exit and re-entry visa to a final exit while the beneficiary is outside the Kingdom.
