The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia confirmed that the absent from work (huroob) report service is available through the company’s electronic services.

One of the beneficiaries inquired, asking, “How can I make huroob for a worker, she is absent from work, as per the wife of a Saudi citizen according to her statement, worker residency has expired?” 


The official account for customer service of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development responded it via Twitter, stating “The huroob or absentee report service is available through the facility’s electronic services.
– The condition to submit a notice of absent from work and the worker residence identity (iqama) or work license must be valid.
– Earlier, The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stated that delaying salary of worker is a legal violation of a labor law, it can be reported electronically through Ma’am monitoring application, through the ‘Together Monitoring (معا للرصد) ‘ application. You can download application on Android and iOS by clicking on them.
