The Ministry Has Announced The Conditions For Changing Jobs In The New Sponsorship System In Saudi Arabia. The Worker Can Move To A New Job Only After Giving Advance Notice To The Sponsor. Violation Of The Terms Of The Employment Contract Does Not Require The Approval Of The Institution For The Change. This Will Be Based On The Employment Contract Uploaded On The Portal Under The Ministry. Under The Employment Contract System, Which Will Come Into Effect From March, The Worker Can Change Jobs As And When Required.

There Are Five Conditions To Follow. 1. Comply With Saudi Labor Law 2. Must Have Completed One Year Of Entry Into Saudi Arabia 3. Must Have An Employment Contract With The Company Or Establishment 4. The Employment Offer Must Be Uploaded By The Employer On The Khiva Portal Of The Ministry. 5. The Institution Should Be Informed About The Change Of Employment Three Months In Advance For The Notice Period. If All This Is Observed, The Worker Cannot Be Detained, Hurabaka Or Iqama Renewed

But In Some Cases, The Worker Can Change Jobs Without The Permission Of The Employer And Without Prior Notice. The Reasons For This Should Be As Follows. 1. If The Employment Contract Is Not Uploaded In The Kiva Portal Within Three Months Of The Worker Entering The Job, The Worker Can Change The Job Even If The Salary Is Delayed For Three Consecutive Months. 2. If The Sponsor Dies Or Becomes Ill Or Does Not Renew Within The Iqama Period, Permission To Change Jobs Is Not Required 3. Even If The Employer Complains About The Benami Business, The Job May Change. But If The Worker Is Also Part Of It, Action Will Be Taken.

4. The Job May Change Even If The Employer Provides Evidence Of Illegal Trafficking. 5. You Can File A Case Against The Employer And Change Jobs Even If He Does Not Attend The Hearing. In Addition, There Are Four Conditions For A Company To Accept A Worker From Another Company. 1. The Company Accepting The Worker Should Be Eligible To Issue New Visas. 3. The Employment Contract Should Be An Institution Affiliated To The Ministry. 4. Must Be Part Of The Ministry’s Self-examination Plan. Any Company That Meets These Conditions May Accept A Worker From Another Company. The New Law Will Take Effect On March 14.
