Jeddah: Saudi Civil Aviation Circular Confirms That Tourist Visa Holders Are Currently Barred From Entering Saudi Arabia.

This Was Stated By Civil Aviation In A Circular Issued To Airlines Operating Flights From Saudi Arabia.

According To A Circular Issued By The Civil Aviation Authority, Foreigners On Tourist Visas Will Not Be Allowed To Enter Saudi Arabia Until The Ban On International Flights Is Lifted.

At The Same Time, Foreigners, Including Malayalee Families, Are Entering Saudi Arabia With Earlier Stamped Visiting Visas. Visiting Visa Holders Are Also Required To Be Indians Who Have Not Visited India Within 14 Days Of Entering Saudi Arabia.

In Late September, Saudi Tourism Minister Dr. Ahmed Al Qatib Announced That Entry To Saudi Arabia On A Tourist Visa Would Resume From The Beginning Of Next Year.

Since September 2019, The Saudi Tourism Policy Has Been Revised To Allow On-arrival Visas And E – Visas For 49 Countries.

By 2030, Tourism Is Expected To Account For 10 Percent Of Saudi Arabia’s Gdp.
