Jeddah: The Change Of Sponsorship (Kafala) Without The Permission Of The Sponsor And The Permission To Leave Saudi Arabia Will Be Available Through Two Applications.  The Services Will Be Available Through The Applications Of Abshir Of The Ministry Of Home Affairs And Qiva Of The Ministry Of Human Resources.

At The Same Time, The Authorities Revealed That The Change Of Kafala And The Permission To Leave Saudi Arabia Would Be Available To Workers In Private Companies Without The Permission Of The Sponsor.  Nasr Al-hasani, A Spokesman For The Saudi Ministry Of Human Resources, Told Al Iqbariya That The Reforms Would Not Include Domestic Workers But Would Apply To Workers In The Private Sector.  But Some Media Outlets Are Reporting That A Special Scheme May Be Introduced For Domestic Workers.
