Global Happiness survey reveals Saudi Arabia is the 3rd happiest country in the world, after China and the Netherlands. As per the poll conducted by France based market research company lpsos.

The level of happiness was measured in 27 countries around the world. About 9 people out of 10 in China and Netherlands said they are very or rather happy. 


– In Saudi Arabia, about 8 people out of 10 said they are happy, while let it to rank 3rd in the list. After Saudi Arabia, France Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany and Belgium made up in the list of top 10 happiest countries.  
– Saudi Arabia is the country with highest proportion of adults, who considers themselves ‘very happy’, at 30%, followed by India at 22% and Netherlands at 20%. 
– Peru, Chile, Spain, Argentina and Hungary are the countries with lowest happiness level in the list.
