Yesterday (Saturday), tweeters circulated a video clip of a girl walking in a reckless way in a highway in one of the regions of the Kingdom, which could put her and the vehicle drivers in danger.

The clip showed the girl walking between the cars in a way that shows her desire to harm herself, which may indicate that she is an abnormal person and may suffer from psychological disorders.

The General Traffic Department had warned against pedestrians crossing highways due to the confusion it causes to traffic, explaining that this is a traffic offense punishable by a fine of between 1000-2000 riyals.
