Bahraini source: Those arriving via King Fahd Causeway are not included in the decision to compel examining “Corona


A source in the Bahraini Ministry of Health confirmed that those arriving in Bahrain via King Fahd Causeway are not covered by the decision to obligate the examination of the “Corona” virus, noting that the decision includes all citizens of Gulf countries arriving at Bahrain International Airport.  While the King Fahd Causeway Foundation did not comment on the matter, the source indicated, according to Al-Youm newspaper, that the Bahraini Ministry of Health had not issued any new decision or procedure regarding those coming to the country via the King Fahd Causeway.

The Bahraini Ministry of Health has announced that all travelers arriving at it via Bahrain International Airport are obligated from July 21 to conduct an examination of the “Corona” virus upon their arrival, provided that the traveler will bear the costs of examination, and submit to quarantine for a period of 10 days, and bear the expenses of examining the end of the quarantine amount of 30 Bahraini dinars.  And the Bahraini health committed in its decision coming to the Kingdom to download the application “conscious society” before their arrival to facilitate the payment of examination costs, while excluding members of flight crews, members of diplomatic bodies, and those coming from medical trips.
