The General Directorate of Jawazat announced the addition of two cases of the “messages and requests” service available through the electronic platform “Absher”, namely the cancellation of the notification of absenteeism for domestic workers, and the Kharj service, and it was not returned to all beneficiaries of its services.
The Jawazat Department explained that the beneficiary can implement the “messages and requests” service by entering his account on the “Absher” platform for electronic services, choosing a services icon from “My Services”, public services, then “messages and requests”, then choosing the “General Directorate of Jawazat” sector “, And choose the required service from the list.
In addition to the new services, the list of services includes “resident identity problems, visa problems, problems with updating passport information and transferring information, problems of moving services and modifying the profession, suggestions for developing services, extending the visit visa for Yemeni nationals”, writing the topic and message and then clicking “Submit” “.
Jawazat indicated that the availability of this service electronically came within the steps to enhance electronic transactions and communicate with specialists in the General Directorate of Jawzat to address the notes and problems facing beneficiaries that appear to them on the platform, and may hinder the completion of their transactions and prevent the implementation of the service electronically through the “Absher” platform, and the Jawazat departments address Request automatically without the need to review Jawazat headquarters.
