“Food and Drug Administration” publishes a list of hospitals that have reported side effects of medications

The Food and Drug Authority announced a list of hospitals and health centers, which initiated the reporting of side effects of medicines during April 2020.

The list included more than 45 hospitals and health centers, issued by King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Buraidah, with 297 reports, then King Abdulaziz Medical City for the National Guard in Jeddah with 247 reports, and the Regional Information and Drug Center came third with 202 reports.

The Board thanked all the centers and hospitals that initiated the reporting of side effects of the medicines, which totaled 1932 communications.

It is noteworthy that the side effects of the drugs are intended for some illness and unintended and unintended health problems caused by using the medication in the correct dose.
