The first step to deactivate or stop all STC services such as internet package through a deactivation code, you need to send a blank message to 800444 and 800828. You will receive a reply message from that same number. You may get the reply in a minute or sometimes it can take a day. 

When you receive the reply, it is a detailed message showing all the services that you have subscribed to date along with the codes to deactivate all of them.

In the next step to deactivate or stop all STC services such as internet package, you need to unsubscribe all the unnecessary services that you don’t want anymore through a deactivation code. Write “U” with space and the “unsubscription code”.

You can continue to repeat the process until you receive a message that “No subscription to any channel in this service”.
