Al Rajhi bank offers its customers a utility to update, renew, print and activate your ATM card or Tahweel card online before or after its expiry. You must be wondering how is it possible because printing an ATM card is not that easy and requires a special machine.

Now you can update, renew, print and activate your Al Rajhi ATM card or Tahweel card online using KIOSK machines placed in main branches of the Bank. In this article, we have explained the procedure in detail.

The first thing you need to do to update, renew, print and activate your Al Rajhi ATM card or Tahweel card online is to locate the self KIOSK machine in your city which is normally available in big branches. Enter your ATM Card in the machine just like you are using an ATM machine.

In the next step, you will be required to choose the language. As I am not proficient in the Arabic language, so I selected the English language. In the next step, you will be required to enter your ATM PIN number.

You can print your Al Rajhi ATM card anytime irrespective of its expiry date. However, if you update, renew or print your Al Rajhi ATM card or Tahweel card 60 days before its expiry, it will be free of cost. If you print it before this time, the charges to print the ATM is SR 31.5. Click on continue if you agree with these terms.

At this stage, the system will send you a verification code at your registered mobile number to check if you are an authorized person to do the transaction.

Once it is verified, the system will renew your Al Rajhi ATM card online, update its new expiry date in the system and ask you to wait while it prints it. How to activate your Al Rajhi ATM Card?

Unfortunately, you can update your Al Rajhi ATM card through the KIOSK machine online but cannot activate it from here. In order to activate your ATM, go to any Al Rajhi ATM machine and the system will send you a message to your phone to verify it is you. Upon entering the OTP code sent to your mobile phone, you would be able to set the Al Rajhi ATM card password online.

How to update Al Rajhi atm card after iqama renewal?

After the Iqama renewal, you need to update your bank account. Once the bank account is updated with the new Iqama, your ATM card will automatically be activated. There is no need to separately update Al Rajhi ATM card after the iqama renewal in Saudi Arabia.
